Slip Rates Recreational Boats (Monthly): $17 per foot

 

Liveaboards:

Rate is $300 for up to 2 persons per month and utility charge of $2 per ft. per month                                

*Live aboard slips are limited and subject to Management approval*

Electricity Rates:​

Flat Rate Electrical

30 amp: $35 per week

50 amp: $100 per week
100 amp:$225 per week
208v/100amp: $275 per week

 

Application Requirements:                    ​

• Background check and credit check

  • $37 Leaserunner Fee                                                    

• Copy of Driver's License or I.D.                                                                                                

• Current Registration, Documentation or bill of sale and travel letter                                                  

• Hull ID # 

• Interior and Exterior Pictures of the vessel

(Once Approved) Tenant Requirements:                    

• First month's rent

• 2x monthly rent security deposit

• Key Deposit of $100 per key

• Proof of insurance with a minimum limit of $500,000 with Driscoll's Wharf listed as an ADDITIONALLY INSURED, with a waiver of subrogation in favor of Driscoll
